How do I track my order?
You will be able to track your order with the code included in your dispatch confirmation email. If you are not home to sign for your parcel, please contact your courier directly to divert the parcel e.g. leave with neighbour or at a safe place or rearrange delivery times.

How do I review my order?
As a Colorescience customer, you can submit written reviews. We encourage you to share your opinions, both favourable and critical.
We do not remove reviews because they are critical. However, we may not approve reviews that are in breach of our acceptance policy such as:
Profanity or spiteful remarksObscene or distasteful contentFeedback about the safety of ingredients and products. (All of our products are fully compliant with all FDA and EU safety regulations) Reviews by customers who have not purchased from colorescienceuk.com and/or who have not used the product.Content that is excessively unclear or obviously inaccurate.Feedback on third-party shipment providers. (Reviews should be focused on the product itself). Details about availability or alternative ordering and shipping information.
We may edit reviews to remove claims that may be barred under FDA or EU regulations and to clarify inaccuracies (for example, mentioning an incorrect ingredient). We will not change the star rating on reviews.
Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?
To ensure that orders get to our customers as quickly as possible, we start processing orders as soon as they get placed. As a result, it might not always be possible to cancel your order, but if you’d like to make a cancellation, please contact us at info@colorescienceuk.com as soon as possible.
If we are unable to to cancel your order, you can return or exchange within 30 days of delivery provided products are unused, sealed and in their original packaging.

What do you charge for shipping?
All orders are shipped with Signed For DHL Overnight Service.
Orders over £80 qualify for free delivery, and for orders under £80 there will be a postage charge of £3.50.
Orders are processed and dispatched on business days only (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). Orders received after 12 noon will be processed on the next business day. Orders placed between 12 noon Friday – Sunday, will be processed on the following Monday (excluding bank holidays). Please be aware that the time-scale to process your order may take as long as 3-4 business days before being sent out for delivery.

How can I return or exchange an item?
Changed your mind?
We hope you love your purchases, but if you do want to return or exchange a product you must notify us within 14 days of receipt of your order and can do so within 30 days of delivery provided the products are unused, sealed and in their original packaging.
Please Note: We will not accept the return of any product where the protective seal has been removed.
To simplify the process, all you need to do is enter your details into our online Returns Portal
Faulty items
In the unlikely event that we supply products that are faulty, please notify us within 14 days of delivery by emailing info@colorescienceuk.com and we will arrange collection of the faulty products, and dispatch replacements or a issue a refund.
Adverse reactions
If you experience an adverse reaction, please follow the instructions in our online Returns Portal to complete the averse reaction form and return it to us at info@colorescienceuk.com so we can report this. Once the form is completed in full and received, we can process a refund or exchange.
What can I do if I have received an incorrect or missing product?
In the unlikely event that you have received the wrong product, or an item is missing, please contact info@colorescienceuk.com with a photo of the wrong item / telling us what is missing. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery for us to investigate and send replacement items where appropriate.
When will you have more stock of my favourite product?
If we’ve temporarily run out of your favourite product or shade, you can use the ‘notify me’ feature on the product page to receive an email as soon as it’s back in stock!
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment we only ship to the mainland UK and Northern Ireland.
