Other than the minerals we use in the range of Colorescience products, titanium dioxide and zinc oxide, there is also a range of ingredients specific to certain ageing skin care products.

Panthenol is used in some of our products. It's a derivative of vitamin B5 and it provides many benefits such as adding moisture to the skin, calming inflamed and itchy skin, and speeding up the healing process. Other ingredients can provide similar benefits, but panthenol penetrates deeper in to the skin, making it more effective.

We also use sodium hyaluronate, which is the salt of hyaluronic acid. This ingredient is proven to be effective in stimulating collagen production and aiding the communication between skin cells. Basically, it can help by telling your skin cells to get rid of toxins while also giving the benefits of having more collagen.
