Influencer Program Terms and Conditions

1. Content Usage - By signing up to the Colorescience UK influencer program you are giving your consent for Colorescience UK to own the usage rights to any content that you may create. We will, where we deem applicable, honor you as the creator, for instance tagging you in the posts on our Instagram feed. The content may be used/ posted on the following platforms, but not exclusive to, email marketing, any site that is considered to be a social media platform, the Colorescience UK website, Google channels, printed marketing materials.

2. Colorescience Influencer - As part of the collaboration, you are agreeing to generate content for Colorescience UK in exchange for a gifted product.

3. Terminating the agreement - 3.1 Colorescience UK reserves the right to terminate the agreement and take further action if we deem the content to be in anyway abusive, offensive or discriminatory. 3.2 Colorescience UK reserves the right to terminate the agreement if the content is not deemed suitable for use by the brand.
