How do I open the pack?
For quality assurance, each pack has 2 labels. Gently lift up the first label to reveal a white oval area underneath. Gently press down to remove the perforated portion of the white oval. Discard both labels.

These cloths are free of any added fragrance and free of allergens. This formula is comprised of natural, botanical ingredients like, white tea and green leaf extracts, coconut extract, aloe vera, cucumber extract, and chamomile, which may offer a detectable scent to them. These were tested and are shown to be hypoallergenic and safe for sensitive skin.
Do I need to rinse my skin after using Hydrating Cleansing Cloths?
No, you don’t need to rinse your skin after use. Allow 2-3 minutes to dry and your skin will be left feeling silky and smooth.
Will there be a sticky residue left on my skin?
No, unlike other products that may leave skin feeling sticky, these cloths will leave skin feeling clean and refreshed without a sticky or greasy residue.
When should I use Hydrating Cleansing Cloths?

I’m noticing my cloths are turning a bit yellow. Are these ok to use? How do I prevent this?
Due to natural ingredients and the biodegradable cloth material (viscose), discoloration of the cloths may occur. Constant exposure to high temperatures may also cause discoloration in the form of a yellowing of the cloths. This does not change the effectiveness of the cloths. To prevent discoloration, avoid constant exposure to high temperatures, snap the lid closed after each use, and use each pack within 6 months after opening.

These viscose cloths are made of 100% rayon, a cellulose fabric. In a paper by the International Association Serving Nonwovens and Related Indsutries rayon has been “verified by international standards and certified by international organizations such as VINCOTTE and DIN CERTCO” to be biodegradable. In separate studies, rayon was found to biodegrade faster than cotton.
