United KingdomWhen it first arrived, the balm was tough and didn’t glide easily. However, I’ve used it a few times now and it has softened up. I would recommend giving it some time if you aren’t immediately sold on the item. I have the dark berry shade and I love the pigment. I don’t know how long it’ll last so that will dictate whether I repurchase. It isn’t a cheap product and I definitely couldn’t afford to buy it too often. I’m hoping to get at least 6 months use which shouldn’t be too difficult in the winter.
